WHAT IS IT?
Juice marketplace is a marketplace where you truly own the content. It allows digital creator’s to sell their digital content in a self-custodian way, using public blockchains, which provide a completely decentralized solution for this application. Encrypted digital content is stored on IPFS and only the owner of the token which embodies the respective encrypted content, has the private keys to decrypt it. Videos, Music, images, 3D files, Books, Courses, anything that can be stored as a digital file, can be sold.WHY?

HOW IT WORKS?
Marketplace is powered by one extended ERC1155 smart contract. To create new content for sale, the creator mints a new ERC1155 token ID which acts as a key to reveal that content. Before minting, 3 files are stored to IPFS. Cover image, Encrypted digital content and Metadata which includes links to previous 2 files. Digital content is encrypted using LitProtocol and decryption allowance is set for the respective token ID owners. So, the key for revealing the encrypted content is the ownership of the particular token ID.Buying the content in the backend means, minting a new token of the respective token ID which acts as a key to decrypt the content. This allows for the possibility of an infinite number of sales, whilst digital content is stored only once. When you become the owner of the particular token ID, you fulfill the requirements to reveal the encrypted content.
Creators may choose not to sell their content. In this case minting of new tokens is not possible.
Creators may also choose to send a copy of their content key to any address of their wish. They do this by minting a new token to the recipient address. Or they can decide to burn the token, which means that no more new tokens of the particular token ID can be minted. Ever. Content will remain on IPFS, but if nobody has the particular token ID, nobody can reveal the respective encrypted file. It could also happen, that only one buyer bought the particular token ID and the creator burned that token ID afterwards. That would mean that respective token ID may exist maximum one, ever, as buyers can't make copies of the tokens. Buyers can only transfer the tokens they bought to someone else or burn them.
Juice Marketplace is focused on sales for creators only. If a buyer would like to re-sell their tokens, they may do so by listing them on open NFT marketplaces, such as Rarible. Juice Marketplace smart contract supports ERC2981 royalties standard. If tokens are sold on marketplaces that support this standard, creators will earn royalties on every second-hand sale. Creator on the other hand, may only send the copies of the token or burn them through Juice marketplace smart contract.
FEES?
Input for content is only subject to native blockchain gas fees. Inputs are minting new token and marketplace listings. Exit of content is subject to service fees. There are two types how content may exit. If a creator send a copy, he pays a copy fee of 0,001 native cryptocurrency. Or when a buyer buys the content, he pays 2.5% of the listing price to the service fee address. Token ID 1 owner has the right to withdraw or change the service fee and copy fee.LOYALTY PROGRAM?
